Support At Home has been delayed

In a surprise announcement today, the Australian Government delayed the launch of the Support at Home program set to commence on 1 July and instead, it will now commence on 1 November 2025.

The delay comes just weeks short of the initial  planned launch date, and has understandably sparked questions.

The good news is that with 365 Care systems, team training and preparation already complete, our team's focus in the coming 24hrs and days ahead will be on supporting all new and existing clients to better understand what lies ahead.

Importantly, all clients can expect a smooth forward path with our dedicated Support at Home working group continuing to keep all informed and updated as information becomes available.

rest assured, services will remain uninterrupted, and we will provide more details about what to expect between now on November 1 over the next few days.
