Care management fees capped at 10%

Support at Home caps on care management fees at no higher than 10% of your total quarterly funding package.

What it covers: Care management fees cover the time for your Care partner to create your care plan, help you manage your budget, coordinate your support services, and complte regular check ins to ensure you're achieving your goals.

No package management fee

Support at Home is the removes package management fees, which were previously charged up to 15% of your total funding package.

What's new: You’ll no longer have to pay separate package management fees, so more of your funding goes straight to your care. All administrative and compliance costs are now covered in the hourly rate for the services you select.

All-inclusive hourly rates

All providers must now include all fees & charges into the hourly cost of delivering care on their pricelists.

What it covers: Your fees cover both service delivery and any associated cost of meeting government requirements. You only pay for the services you use, so your costs reflect your actual care and administration needs.
